  • 11-12 noon Aligned and Well Therapeutic Yoga w/Jackie (Beginner level and injury rehab)
  • 3-4:15pm NIA w/Kathi (donation class)
  • 5:15-6:30pm Restorative and Yoga Nidra w/Jackie (100% donation class)

TUESDAY:

  • 8-9am Ball Blast w/Sefi
  • 9:15-10:15am Matworks Pilates w/Sefi

WEDNESDAY:

  • 8-9am Barre w/Emily
  • 9:30-10:30am Vinyasa Flow w/Megan
  • 3-4:15pm NIA w/Kathi (donation class)

THURSDAY:

  • 9:30-10:30am Yoga Basics Plus w/Jackie
  • 11-12noon Aligned and Well Therapeutic Yoga w/Jackie (Beginner level and injury rehab)
  • 2-3:30 pm Singing for Fun w/Jeanette
  • 5:15-6:30pm Come As You Are, Leave Feeling Better! Yoga w/Sue (donation class)

FRIDAY:

  • 8-9am Ball Blast w/Sefi
  • 9:15-10:15am Matworks Pilates w/Sefi
  • 3-4pm Vinyasa Yoga w/Sarah Van Der Stad

SATURDAY:

  • 8-9am Movement, Mantra and Meditation w/Jackie FREE CLASS
  • 9:30-10:30am Yin/Yang Yoga w/Megan 


All classes unless otherwise stated are for ALL LEVELS. Please check the class descriptions or talk to the individual teacher to see if the class is right for you. 100% donation means that all donations collected will be donated to a non-profit agency in Los Barriles.
