Hans Held

Hans grew up in Ontario, Canada and while travelling the world, was fortunate to find a life partner in his wife, Sefi. After a successful career as a teacher in Computer Systems, he retired with Sefi and studied to become certified as a Personal Trainer.
More into the Martial Arts style, Hans gravitated toward Tai Chi, but kept up a practice in Yoga, Pilates and Chi Gong. As retirement became an option, and having traveled a lot, both Hans and Sefi eagerly welcomed the climate of the Baja desert and Los Barriles.
The pace of life changed. Hans teaches a Taoist Tai Chi 24 set, and continues to kiteboard into his seventies by cross-training with Yoga, cycling and hiking…all of which are available in Los Barriles. Contact: hansheld@gmail.com
